ARRIVE is a three month group offering for brown women who desire to eat in a way that improves their energetic capacity for their long-term health, while unapologetically celebrating their ancestral lineage AND honouring their western way of life.
This offering will support you to reclaim a joyful relationship with food through unlearning the racist roots of diet culture (oppression of diet culture), and practicing ancestral nourishment for hormonal and feminine health.
ARRIVE is a group programme for brown women who are ready to deepen their relationship with nutrition, through a brown lens that is inclusive of our cultures, spiritual traditions and lifestyles.

When you step in, you receive:
• Immediate access to my signature "Food Freedom" course so that you can start your journey straight away.
• 90 minute Live calls 3 times a month where you will be taken on an embodiment journey through meditation, to go within, connect and feel into your relationship with food, your body and those around you to fully understand the nourishment you require.
• Messaging service for when you need a shoulder, perhaps after a tough conversation or hard day at work, looking for someone to guide you back to YOU through intuitive prompts so that you're not alone on this journey between the live calls.
