Prior to completing the Neet Nutrition course my relationship with food had deteriorated to a point where I would avoid cooking food and opting instead for quick oven food or a bowl of cereal. This was having a negative impact on my health, weight and mood swings. But also, my 1 year old son was picking up on these bad habits too. Refusing vegetables and demanding pasta for every meal.
I knew something had to change.
Working with Rav from Neet Nutrition was such an eye opening experience.
The course takes you on a physical journey with the food element but also an emotional journey as the foundations of the course are built on understanding how South Asian culture impacts our food relationships and decision making.
Since completing the course, I have lost over half a stone in weight and a few inches of loss across my body. However these are not my biggest wins. I can now happily think about food, get excited about cooking again, feel comfortable with choosing to over indulge and be proud when I know I've listened to my body and given it what it needs.
