Hi, I'm Ravneet

I know how you feel

I was trapped in a cycle of diets, I felt frustrated and overwhelmed just like you do. I was fed up of juggling the children, my job and my marriage.  I was trying to do it all and felt crap about myself every time I looked in the mirror but felt too tired to do anything about it.

I was on 1 diet after the other!

I’m your typical south Asian woman, daughter of immigrant parents, reasonable educational attainment yet suffered most of my life feeling unfulfilled and unhappy. My weight was just the ‘surface marker’ of how I judged my self-worth.

It all came to a head when I got pregnant with both my boys! I put on weight and I felt ostracized and judged by our community who are more concerned about our physical appearance our my mental health.

So I tried multiple diets, weight loss methods and supplements. Even at my ‘fittest’ I was still trying to perfect my body, forever dissatisfied and then regaining the weight.

Suffering post-natal depression after my second son and discovering my brother-in-law has cancer made me promised to re-focus on my mental well-being NOT the number on the scales.

My passion to become a nutrition coach came from my desire to work with other mums  like you, who have been be struggling with post baby body issues, ready to improve your health without all the faff and falsities of the mainstream fad diets.

I want to prove the huge money making diet industry wrong so and above it all, help you improve your long term health so you can live through your visions of your future.

From fat phobic to mentally fit, I now help mums regain self-confidence and self-esteem, supporting your transformation through a ‘less is more’ approach and gentle nutrition. No ‘all or nothing’ quick fixes. I support you to visualise the bigger picture by changing your food behaviours through empowerment of choice.
